food adventures are plentiful

in this city.

i wanted to try el salvadoran

pupusas,

this small and busy place

not only had 

delicious pupusas served with

a cabbage slaw,

there were mexican 

favourites to sample

such as 

tacos and tamales

accompanied with

a vivid green beverage.

we followed

the rainbow

to the 

jazz festival

and 

saw 

the branford marsalis quartet

a stellar

performance.

voices, music, 

singing

is heard,

we are not alone

celebrating
