it started
with one
snowflake,
then
i couldn't
stop.
as i snipped
and
unfolded
the
paper
each one
was a
surprise.

not long ago
on a sunny day
we had lunch
at a quesadilla café,
they grind the corn
for their tortilla
and
they were
delicious.
the view will soon
be obstructed
by a condominium
and in the
neighbourhood
many more
are being constructed.
