this march
the weather
has been delightful,
no point in staying
inside,
off to a busy
cafe to meet
a friend for lunch
and a walk
in the sunshine.
my friend chose a
stuffed portabella mushroom
(she found it too salty)
i had the fig, onion blue cheese
tart, tasty.
on our walk we happened
by this abandoned used car
lot, they are disappearing,
somehow it does not
sadden me.

week ahead,
must get back
to
that yellow
wheelbarrow.

and china
tea cups
seems
more
special,
and the
tea tastes better.
