the art of simple food (p. 276). the use of
regular and whole wheat cake and pastry flour
makes the pancakes unbelievably light.
my decorative sprinkled sugar stripe brought
mirth to the breakfast table. (it was breakfast,
i was hungry and not food styling).
the art of simple food is an excellent book
with a lot of tips and techniques. i look forward
to the spring and summer when i will be able
to better explore the vegetable recipes.
