parsley is always on hand in
my kitchen.
having tried different
storage methods
this is the best one
(almost too good).
rinse the bunch of parsley,
trim off the
ends and plunge
into a jar of fresh water,
top with a plastic bag
and place on the fridge
door (works best for me).
change the water frequently
and you will have fresh
parsley for days, weeks...
this bunch is still green
after a week and a half.
