and texture.

when staying in a hotel i prefer a room with a view,

i was not disappointed.  when we arrived in the nation's

capital it rained and rained.  fortunately the sun did 

make an appearance.  i am fascinated by the parliament

buildings,  although i do not like this style of architecture.

while in the nation's capital we visited farmers'

markets.

i prefer to buy my produce from the growers, however

the prices seemed high.

summer continues

it has been cool and wet so far,

however an ice cream cone, a blue lake

and the ubiquitous chip truck say summer to me.
